BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO for Solfut, we are a consulting and educational company. We mainly specialize in education and training, linguistic programming, and coaching. We have customers from 53 countries. There are seven academies we have working from leadership to spot training to educational training.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Link&Grow?

We wanted to improve our digital presence and customer awareness, and to promote what we do on social media and Google. We also wanted to be more accessible to customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they ran diagnostics, seeing what we had and where we were lacking. Next, they helped us begin advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Now, they’re working to make content, generate e-books, run pages, and ensure optimization of the content on our site.

What is the team composition?

The team varies between three or four people, depending on the need. I work directly with João (CEO), and occasionally other specialists as needed.

How did you come to work with Link&Grow?

We started with two companies. We let the other company go, and put some of their load work (strategy & marketing) on Link&Grow, as well as their advertising they were hired for.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in early 2017. It is an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We like working with them and we want to expand the engagement with them into more areas, including our YouTube channel.

They’re engaged and proactive. They implement discipline into our creativity and speed. They insist on more planning. We need that from a partner and have learned a lot from them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

João is direct and transparent, letting you know what he can and can’t do. They’re part of our business, working to help us improve. They send ideas they see on the market we may be unaware of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need a larger team so more companies can use their services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I think that if you compare them to other companies, you will choose to work with them because they are more competent.
