What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The new environment has been working well, which is great considering how we had a limited budget. They really had to make lemonade out of lemons with some of the products that we could afford.
For example, we wanted to have additional security at our facility like locks on our doors. But that would mean that we would need a receptionist to let in guests, which we couldn’t afford. LineLogic suggested a virtual receptionist called Alice that could sense people via motion detectors and then talk to them.
That choice alone has cost us a quarter of what we would’ve spent on hiring a human receptionist.
How did LineLogic Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication was phenomenal. Besides email, we spoke a lot over the phone. The project manager gave me his personal number since I would sometimes have to contact him outside of standard business hours to coordinate with our vendors. All in all, he was incredibly prompt, responsive, and thorough.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s all I can do to keep preaching their praises. They’re personable with amazing customer service. The value is so good that we continue to do business with them in other aspects.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything off the top of my head.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend them to others, that’s for sure. You should also be specific with what you want while giving them the leeway to do what they do best. If they understand what you’re looking for, they can exceed expectations by finding you a solution that’s a better fit than your original idea.
