Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a jewelry company. We’re a developing business that will be selling fashion jewelry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Limbasiya Technolabs?

Naturally, with fashion jewelry, there’s a lot of product images that are needed, so we hired Limbasiya Technolabs to help with image editing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After the photos come in, I send them the images for various editing tasks. Depending on what’s needed, they add a drop shadow, sharpen images, remove backgrounds, make graphics and banners, and various other tasks. They’ve also helped design a logo.

What is the team composition?

I have one main point of contact who handles the project.

I found them on a freelancing website, Fiverr.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them as we do projects, so we’ve spent around $1,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m dependent on their quality work in many ways. In general, using their ideas and insight has been helpful with our marketing efforts. I have experience in this industry, so I know how to recognize good work when I see it. I have no complaints.

How did Limbasiya Technolabs perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver ahead of schedule and are incredibly efficient. No matter what deadline I give them, they get it to me early and allow me to make any edits I need. They know exactly what I’m looking for.

Communication between our teams has been amazing, considering we live in different countries. I was hesitant because of the time difference, but I always get prompt replies throughout the day and they’re easy to get in contact with. If I’m confused about something, they’ll set up a Skype call, too.

They’re an experienced team, so I don’t have to guide them too much throughout the projects. Their reliability and efficiency are important to us—I feel secure in depending on them for my needs.
