I'm the co-owner of Rablab, a marketing agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Leonardo Studio Design?

We had the same basic, entry-level logo and branding for five years, so it was time to update it to better represent where we are now.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Leonardo Studio developed a new logo to use for branding collateral based on some initial discussions about our company, goals, and values. They incorporated that information into a few design options for us to choose from and went further in the design process once we chose a direction. 

What is the team composition? 

I worked with two or three people, communicating with them on a weekly basis throughout the process.

How did you come to work with Leonardo Studio Design?

We already had a personal relationship with someone on their team, so that's why we chose to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I don't remember exactly, but we probably invested a couple thousand dollars.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from August–September 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new logo Leonardo Studio designed gave us a lot more credibility globally. From an online branding perspective, we now feel like we're on par with some of the top agencies in our field. 

How did Leonardo Studio Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well, mostly working with us throughout the project by phone, email, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their services was great, and they owned every step of the way. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything specific.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest about what you like and don't like, but also open to their suggestions.
