BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and CEO at ManagerComplete. We are a franchise operations management platform working with some of the largest franchise chains in the US.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Leobit Design Studio, and what were your goals?

We’re building out a new cloud-based application providing a central operations hub for organizations with multiple locations and needed to build the comprehensive roadmap to approach our challenge.

We had several offline user flows that needed to be combined, automated, and updated. That's where all the research and workshops helped to define current user pains and workflow gaps, and build a brand new user experience on top of that.

SOLUTION

How did you select Leobit Design Studio and what were the deciding factors?

I had personally worked with the owner Oleksa on a few jobs. I was working with his software development company Leobit and knew that apart from that he had professional UX designers working in Leobit Design Studio.

So it was a no-brainer for me where to find design services. After the first interview, my team was impressed by the design process approach shown by Leobit Design Studio, which included a lot of work with users and active business collaboration. So we started our cooperation right away.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Leobit Design Studio used a user-oriented approach, that included a lot of engaging activities such as user and market research, personas, customer journey map, user flows, and informational architecture.

All the above was discussed and verified during interactive workshop sessions that were really productive and fun at the same time. This was a solid foundation for further design implementation. As a result, we received an automated, responsive, and fully custom solution for our business without a hassle.

How many people from the Leobit Design Studio team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Leobit Design Studio worked with their proven composition of design lead and ux/ui designer. The role of the design lead was building the overall concept and driving design process.

The design implementation was done by the ux/ui designer. The lead was very helpful and effective at the beginning of the project, and after the discovery phase the involvement was decreased after the scope was defined and framed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Leobit Design Studio created a well-thought-out design system that clearly visualized complex app functionality and replaced the outdated system our customers worked before.

The new product design improved customer satisfaction by 80% based on feedback surveys. Digitized flows and easy navigation decreased customers’ manual work and time of processing business activities by 3 times.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Leobit Design Studio was in charge of the project management and communication between their team and ManagerComplete stakeholders. They were incredibly responsive and kept me updated on the progress. We had Zoom calls three times a week.

Their design team conducted regular demos with us and used up-to-date collaboration software like Figma and Jira. All deadlines were met and deliverables were provided as we have agreed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team cared about the product and delivered and took immense pride in their work. Creative and flexible team Taught us design principles that helped to improve our knowledge of the end-clients.

The Leobit team proactively brought many fantastic design ideas to the table that significantly improved our product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very satisfied with their work. I don’t have any particular requests for improvement.
