INTERACTIVE WALKING APP
Leostep is an interactive running and cycling application developed by Leobit Design Studio team as a part of Leobit's employee wellness program. Leostep aims to inspire users to take long walks by making physical activity fun and game-like. The application uses gamification elements to make everyday walks a part of one's lifestyle.
WEB SERVICE FOR SELLING AND BUYING HOUSES
The customer is an American-based real estate agency with an extensive and daily updated database of properties in Austin, TX, and its suburbs. In their business, they use some latest algorithms and designs to cater to a more tech-savvy audience when they look to buy homes.
The agency contacted Leobit with a need to redesign the existing real estate web portal as well as add new functionality to it.
As a result, the web app met all requirements, and the first goal - serving as a tool to pitch the business to investors was also met successfully.
LIVE STREAMING APP FOR BROADCASTING SPORTS EVENTS
Leobit Design Studio customer Antourage is a micro-content production suite that offers influencer-driven Fan Engagement as a Service. It consists of the management dashboard, broadcaster app, and Antourage Portal that enable sports entities to leverage authentic live streams while making the lives of brand managers and content creators easier.
Leobit Design Studio was tasked with designing and implementing a full-stack solution for a live sports video streaming app. Our team built a product that offers simultaneous broadcasting to multiple targets, media team management, interaction with fans, viewer engagement, and other functions - all with a great and functional interface.
FULL UI/UX DESIGN PROCESS FOR TAILOR-MADE SOFTWARE
Our client’s product is the first dedicated go-to-market platform for Product Marketers. It offers road mapping, planning, tasks, asset management, and collaboration - all steps needed for launching the product in one place.
The UI/UX design team tackled this project by creating the first working prototype in just a week. During this stage, the team conducted a complex analytical process to craft a vision of a future software product.
Leobit Design Studio came up with a service blueprint to represent how a solution should be implemented and used by the target audience and used the Red Route matrix to prioritize product features.
As a result, the well-thought-out and high-quality working prototypes were handed over to the stakeholders in the first few weeks of the partnership. It helped the customer to attract investors and keep the project moving forward.
SOFTWARE FOR JUKEBOX MUSIC APP
Our client, the US-based company came up with an idea to breathe a new life into a legendary jukebox for local entertainment and HoReCa businesses. The challenge for Leobit Design Studio team was to create a solution that offers a redesigned modern experience combining old users’ favorite features with the plasma screen and unlimited content.
The new software, with enhanced searchability, a great user experience, and easy to navigate UI, allows users to listen to their favorite music and watch videos while hanging out with friends.
ONLINE BETTING AND GAMING SOLUTION
The client is a gambling company that builds a premium esports-focused betting platform. Leobit Design Studio team assisted with numerous builds, developing a secure web service with a great UX for gambling.
Creating detailed user flows helped our team to make the optimized path for main user journeys, like payment processes and feedback & support processes. And since the users of the platform are mostly mobile and dynamic we made all functionality responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible.
IoT SYSTEMS FOR BUILDINGS AND HOMES
The client creates easy-to-use safety products and IoT systems for homes and commercial buildings.
It’s always a challenge to create an interface that will integrate with different devices that are responsible for safety and quality of life. Workshops and brainstorming sessions helped us to define and prioritize and visualize a vast amount of data and functionality in a simple way.
Our design team developed a consistent and holistic user interface, that can be used in a variety of routine situations. For that, we worked with scenarios and tested early prototypes on user groups to gather real feedback and iterate effectively.

I am the founder and CEO at ManagerComplete. We are a franchise operations management platform working with some of the largest franchise chains in the US.
For what projects/services did your company hire Leobit Design Studio, and what were your goals?
We’re building out a new cloud-based application providing a central operations hub for organizations with multiple locations and needed to build the comprehensive roadmap to approach our challenge.
We had several offline user flows that needed to be combined, automated, and updated. That's where all the research and workshops helped to define current user pains and workflow gaps, and build a brand new user experience on top of that.
How did you select Leobit Design Studio and what were the deciding factors?
I had personally worked with the owner Oleksa on a few jobs. I was working with his software development company Leobit and knew that apart from that he had professional UX designers working in Leobit Design Studio.
So it was a no-brainer for me where to find design services. After the first interview, my team was impressed by the design process approach shown by Leobit Design Studio, which included a lot of work with users and active business collaboration. So we started our cooperation right away.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Leobit Design Studio used a user-oriented approach, that included a lot of engaging activities such as user and market research, personas, customer journey map, user flows, and informational architecture.
All the above was discussed and verified during interactive workshop sessions that were really productive and fun at the same time. This was a solid foundation for further design implementation. As a result, we received an automated, responsive, and fully custom solution for our business without a hassle.
How many people from the Leobit Design Studio team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Leobit Design Studio worked with their proven composition of design lead and ux/ui designer. The role of the design lead was building the overall concept and driving design process.
The design implementation was done by the ux/ui designer. The lead was very helpful and effective at the beginning of the project, and after the discovery phase the involvement was decreased after the scope was defined and framed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Leobit Design Studio created a well-thought-out design system that clearly visualized complex app functionality and replaced the outdated system our customers worked before.
The new product design improved customer satisfaction by 80% based on feedback surveys. Digitized flows and easy navigation decreased customers’ manual work and time of processing business activities by 3 times.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Leobit Design Studio was in charge of the project management and communication between their team and ManagerComplete stakeholders. They were incredibly responsive and kept me updated on the progress. We had Zoom calls three times a week.
Their design team conducted regular demos with us and used up-to-date collaboration software like Figma and Jira. All deadlines were met and deliverables were provided as we have agreed.
