Our task was to create several software solutions for:

 

– realtime asset tracking;

– tracking of adherence to compliance policy for transpiration&storing;

– maintaining individual ledgers which pose a challenge to localize a problem efficiently when managed by the different parties.

We also decided to build an admin dashboard to enable user management and other functionalities along with

securely track consignment status and capture sensitive information in a secure and transparent manner.

The task was daunting, but we could not miss the chance to participate in such a project so we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

– Now our customer’s clients can track their goods in realtime due to GPS devices.

– The transactions in the Blockchain capture such data like current owner ID, unique contract ID, trip Name, description of the freight, etc. i.e. order delivery history is maintained.

– The environmental information is tracked by different sensors and the data is fed live into a database so the history of the location is maintained in a tamper-proof and secure manner.

We needed to find a team of experts in the construction of such control systems. It was also important for us that the company had experience working with the medical industry.

For a very long time we were looking for a company that could help us, until we were advised by a company from Ukraine Lemapp. After 2 video calls and 1 personal meeting in Bulgaria, we came to the conclusion that lemapp is the
company that can help us.

As a result, they developed an individual ERP system for us consisting of such
subsystems.

Now, each employee, depending on his position, had a different level of access to certain modules. Doctors had their own interface for working with patients and had access only to their own patients.

Front desk has its own interface where they can manage records and see information about upcoming customer visits in order to organize the most favorable visit.

The finance department was connected to the analytics and finance module. Top management had access to all the data. The digital marketer, together with the
administrator, worked in an analytical module to monitor the quality of marketing campaigns.

About 8 people worked on the development of system. Most of them were developers, as well as a project manager and business analytics

Our company began to spend less time coordinating volumes and contracts for new orders, as they were automatically generated using the internal platform and CRM system. Our customers also noted the convenience and simplicity of using the platform.

From the very beginning of our interaction with the Lemapp, everything was absolutely transparent and clear.

We understand little in development, since our expertise is not in technology, but in the agricultural industry, but thanks to the Lemapp team, together we quickly formed a solution and decided how to implement it. Our main channels of communication were face-to-face meetings, phone calls on Skype with the development team and project manager and channel in Slack.

We held a tender among Ukrainian development companies. Main reason why we choose Lemapp, because they’ve already had large experience in Healthcare industry and especially in mobile development for Healthcare. Also they had case studies on their website about their projects. By the way their price was absolutely out of competition. So at the end we had perfect balance between price and quality. Also they have outstanding designing team.

Describe the project in detail.

We started from discovery meetings and analysis stage. After we agreed on the entire functionality of the application. We moved on to the design creation part, on this part the Lemapp team provided us with 5 design variants, each of which was better than the other. Next stage was development. In 1 month Lemapp provided demo application for iOS and after a few iterations we agreed all design and functionality moments. By the end for third month we started testing both android and iOS mobile application. And at the middle of July job was completely done.

We were contacting with project manager / BA Ekaterina who were supporting us on all stages of application development. Also I was made aware that there were 1 designer and 4 mobile developers ( Android / iOS) working on our project, as well as QA at the end of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 6 month after we launched our mobile application we received tons of positive feedbacks from our clients. So as we can see our customer satisfaction increased hugely. Also we made an short survey among our clients to see their satisfaction from mobile app and how useful it was for them. And our expectations were 100% met. All customers noted that UI/UX was absolutely amazing and functionality met all their needs.

Our project manager was supporting us along all stages of development process. She were providing us updates frequently and it was easy to communicate with her. We were connected over Zoom, Slack and Telegram. Lemapp team worked ahead of schedule.
