Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Co-founder of a footwear company, we have 2 brands, Anthony Veer & Carlos Santana. I lead the Marketing and Operations.

For what projects/services did your company hire LeftWryte?

We didn’t have a reporting system, and We wanted a simple and easy way to monitor our KPI’s, identify trends in product movement, and understand product performance by sales channel, etc. We sell over 3000 SKU’s across six sales channels, 4 of them are wholesale two retail, fulfilled out of 2 different 3rd party warehouses. We have four systems and needed a way to consolidate sales and inventory data.

Describe the project in detail.

Initially, a couple of intro calls, they wanted to understand our systems landscape. We gave them sample exports of our data, they studied that, came back to us and explained their process. They to set up master data for our products, Data was in different formats across all systems, so they had to do ETL to that and connected everything to Power BI.

What was the team composition?

Our point of contact was the founder, we only dealt with him, but there was one more person working on the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a functioning dashboard in powerbi, so the project was a success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great, we added them to our slack and communicated regularly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very professional and they understand the business, in any IT project we have undertaken in the past, we have had to explain our business, what we needed several times, not with these guys they delivered with minimal directions from us.
