Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the former COO of a medical center called the Total MD.
What challenge were you trying to address with Leftfield?
We approached Roman (Principal and Creative Director, Leftfield) to address our branding issues. At the time, we were attending an upcoming conference to promote our services to attorneys, doctors, and organizations. We needed Roman to quickly refresh our look and design new branding materials.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially contacted Roman the Wednesday before the event to create our promotional collateral. He used our provided information to develop a concept of how to market our company. Within 24 hours, he designed a new logo, business cards, and flyers. Roman also reworked our staff biographies and provided a folder to present our materials. By Friday, he had our pieces printed and shipped overnight to the conference. After our first engagement, we continued to contact him with branding projects, including some work for our website.

How did you come to work with Leftfield?
One of our staff members had previously worked with him and knew that he could have our materials ready in time for the event.
How much have you invested with them?
For the first project, we spent about $5,000. Afterward, we kept them on retainer and paid for each piecemeal work.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Roman worked diligently to provide all of our conference materials within a matter of days. The doctors and attorneys who attended our presentation really liked what they saw, and other vendors thought that our materials were professional and well put together.
How did Leftfield perform from a project management standpoint?
Not only did they make us look good, they were on top of everything. They were able to deliver our materials on time and even rushed the service. If we ever requested a meeting, they would make an appointment right away.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Roman was creative and outstanding in his field. He was able to pull things together quickly and understood how to present a company.

No, nothing comes to mind. Roman handled everything that we asked him to.

I’m the VP of Marketing for Premier Aircraft Sales. We sell general single-engine aviation aircraft.
What challenge were you trying to address with Leftfield?
We wanted to maintain our high visibility in the general aviation marketplace to reinforce the message that we are a global leader in the sale of personally-owned aircraft.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve been involved in every aspect of our marketing program, from development to design and audience targeting. Graphic design for in-house publications is their main focus, but other deliverables include web design, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

I would tell prospective clients to hire Leftfield.
