Our Center is in charge of enterprise strategy and innovation strategic initiatives. As the Director, I am handling the Center's strategic initiatives and play a management role.
For what projects/services did your company hire LearnLogic?
Our Center required a strategy and deployment plan through digital marketing to increase our digital footprint. The scope of the project encompassed a wide range of requirements and specific deliverables related to branding, marketing, and social media exposure.
How did you select LearnLogic and what were the deciding factors?
The selection process was based level of expertise and brand acceptance in the industry. LearnLogic has more than two decades of experience and has worked with several major brands with great success.

The first step was a survey of the current state of our Center and a 360 assessment of our capabilities, followed by a SWOT analysis. A report was generated, accompanied by a detailed deployment plan, including KPI's.

The vendor's team has highly specialized skills in design, SEO strategy, and most importantly a highly optimized strategy to future proof our Center's moving forward planning and digital footprint strategic implementations.

This process resulted in the revamping of our digital marketing plan, the restructuring of our existing resources, and the reallocation of resources to help us achieve short- and long-term success.

Weekly progress report followed by monthly assessment (and course correction as needed) allowed us to stay on track and achieve measurable goals.

LearnLogic provided access to their online program. Each member of our team was able to go through the curriculum at their own pace. LearnLogic had various modules that covered different topics. At the end of the course, each employee took a test and filled out a nano-packet that applied the content directly to our jobs.

The program was completely asynchronous and was easy to access without assistance.

The team thought the training was very good and were very engaged. The team applied some of the concepts of this course to their jobs and feel more comfortable working from home.
