Our company is a leading trucking company in the Chicago region with 400+ trucks in the fleet and over 20 years of experience serving many renowned American brands. I am the Marketing manager of the company.

Our aim was to project the right brand image of our company as a trustworthy employer for experienced drivers. We wanted to show our friendly team, top-notch trucks, and the salaries that our Top drivers get with us. Plus we wanted to design and build a new website. The old website and brand did not meet our goals, so we wanted to cooperate with a company that could optimize that for us. We needed a new facelift and a partner in the digital world.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Anton and his team was was referred to us by our partners. We had a couple of discovery calls first after which we understood that Leadgamp had the right vision, skills, and capacity to address all our needs.

Leadgamp developed our brand identity and provided us with website design and development services. Plus they organized and managed photo shooting of our team, trucks, and facilities at a professional level. We started with a discovery call which was extremely well-organized and full of insights. We explored possibilities while focusing on success factors to be considered in the design of the brand and website.

Leadgamp then researched competitors, market, digital strategy, SEO, persona, positioning, and visual identity, presenting the findings in a beautiful presentation. After the research, they created style scapes showing a couple of concepts for the visual identity. We chose one of them which was modern and thoughtful on one hand but had a lot of references to our history. Leadgamp's team followed up soon and showed the proposed layouts.

There were only a couple of tiny things to edit. A month later the website design was completed keeping 100% in line with the layouts from the concept and the style created for the brand. The site was fully checked for high-quality accessibility and functionality; and ready to launch on schedule. Alex was our project manager, and he was amazing! Very communicative and responsive.

I worked with 3 people on their team. Alex, the project manager, and Anton, the strategist on our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time and we were satisfied with Leadgamp's performance. We started implementing a new brand identity (including truck/trailer design), and our new website helped us get more relevant leads of high quality, and we were able to increase the confidence of our clients.

From the discovery call, I was clear on the steps. They shared a detailed timeline which we followed closely. They communicated with us every step of the way and I trusted the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Leadgamp is more than a ‘digital marketing agency’. They really cared about the outcome and brought a ton of real-world experience to the project. Their design is very impressive but what impressed me more was the thinking behind the scene. Their work is strategic, really well thought and looks like a million bucks!

Nothing comes to mind so far. We're extremely satisfied and so happy with how everything has gone from start to finish! This's why Leadgamp is still our provider of many more services
