We experienced a big, unexpected drop in traffic, enough to think the site had been hacked. But Rob jumped in and within a few minutes was showing us what had gone wrong and why our site was vulnerable to the latest big Google algorithm update. He was pointing out so many things that could be fixed that my head was spinning!

He immediately began making changes that made a difference to our traffic and Google exposure.

Rob was ALWAYS available, from early in the morning until late at night. All I had to do was text him and he would respond within minutes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness was impressive. We are a small company with a small budget for tech support. We are often left at the end of the line when it comes to getting service. It was nice to have that kind of responsiveness and feel like we were the most important client.
