I’m the managing editor of Managing Editor, a magazine and online community for people who run content marketing at their organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lead Cookie?

We wanted to engage people who were not familiar with Managing Editor but would benefit from our content and community. My team hired Lead Cookie to identify potential users and initiate relations with marketers.

What were your goals for this project?

My company wanted to reach a new audience affordably, rather than deploying costly and often ineffectual engagement tactics, such as social ads. We also wanted to drive awareness and email subscriptions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their work has substantially increased brand awareness and grown our audience. Lead Cookie has also enabled us to start meaningful conversations with industry partners and build essential community connections. Overall, the campaign has been far more successful than we anticipated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since the campaign’s launch, account representatives have provided daily updates. They flag important messages necessitating a response in an Airtable CRM. The team is incredibly knowledgeable. They are responsive to any issues or confusion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Lead Cookie generates top-tier results while remaining responsive and engaged in the project. I have referred multiple clients to them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although it would be helpful if Lead Cookie representatives responded to simple questions or varied responses, it is probably better for user experience if my team responds to everything.

We wanted a systemic and scalable process to achieve prospecting success on LinkedIn. We'd been working for years to manually target prospects on LinkedIn, but had irregular results. There was so much potential for pipeline generation from LinkedIn, but we could not tap into it in a consistent and repeatable manner.

Lead Cookie collaborates with our team to execute and organize our LinkedIn outreach campaigns. They’ve helped us build a list of ideal targets based on LinkedIn profiles and job titles. We then formulate a series of messages based on best practices.

Within a few months, Lead Cookie became our number one lead source for qualified discovery meetings. They’ve done an incredible job, allowing us to connect with our targeted customers and set initial conversations. Working with them has been a huge success, as it has helped us start the relationships that would ultimately lead to big wins.

We contribute a number of large, Tier 1 closes to LeadCookie. The investment has paid off.

LeadCookie are responsive, dependable, and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The human touches. Isaac is an incredibly brilliant, down-to-earth, experienced leader. He sets the standard as far as I'm concerned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything that stands out but I could see them benefitting from continuing to penetrate new verticals.

Lead Cookie helps us find leads through LinkedIn, optimize our profile, and nurture the prospects through a drip messaging campaign. The team then hands over the prospects to our internal team, who converts them into clients.

Rick (Account Strategist–LinkedIn Outreach Expert, Lead Cookie) was our main point of contact. We also worked with account managers and directors, and have calls with the CEO.

We’ve achieved a great deal of success with Lead Cookie. They continually supply leads for us. Because of our relationship, we’ve closed more sales.

Along with helping our sales, Lead Cookie has provided free training on how to close more sales and become more effective in generating online sales.
