Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of Nirmalaya Wellness Private Limited, a fragrance company that deals in organic fragrance products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Le Webexy?

We hired Le Webexy to be our digital marketing partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of the partnership, I explained my business to Le Webexy's team. I outlined what I wanted our online presence to look like and the collaborations I wanted to do. 

Since then, Le Webexy has been in charge of our online and social media presence and tools; they've been tasked with driving sales through these pipelines within our ROI limits. They provide us with a range of services, including content creation and social media posting on Facebook and Instagram. They also led our performance-based ad campaigns.

Their team has listed our products on Amazon and Flipkart; their team also developed our e-commerce site on WooCommerce. For the website, I wanted reports forwarded daily to me about the sales, and I wanted to be able to create invoices. Our packaging and internal buyer team also had customizations for the site. 

Whenever we have a festival, like Holi, we request custom designs. They evaluate the other brands in the market and onboard our collaborators — their team develops a cross-company marketing strategy for social media. 

What is the team composition?

Le Webexy has a large team — different teammates are assigned different tasks. At this point, 4–5 teammates are working with us. The team has grown since we first started the partnership. 

How did you find & come to work with this vendor?

Le Webexy was referred to us by a friend. 

How much money have you spent/invested in this partnership?

We spend around 1.5–2 Indian lakhs rupees (approximately $1,900–$2,500 USD) a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We're very satisfied with all the services Le Webexy has provided. Among all the B2C companies in our industry, we have the best ROI. Other brands have an ROI of 2.2, and we're achieving an ROI of 3–4.5 monthly.

Our Google campaigns have improved our sales. We were generating 27,000–30,000 Indian rupees (approximately $340–$370 USD) in 2021. Now, we're making 21 Indian lakhs (approximately $26,000 USD). We're doing 100 times better than we were last year. Our sales have increased every month, which makes our investors happy. 

How did Le Webexy perform from a project management standpoint?

Le Webexy is quick to drive sales and rectifies website bugs quickly to ensure we can make them. They use Klaviyo and Taboola — I generally don't interfere with their project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Le Webexy is aggressive in their marketing and is very honest. Honest digital marketing agencies in our region can be hard to find, but Le Webexy is clear about what is driving sales instead of just showing up impressions like more dishonest agencies.

The quality of their campaigns is better than other agencies. I've recommended their services to other agencies, who have also experienced good results with Le Webexy. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think Le Webexy is perfect the way they are. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd suggest giving Le Webexy the freedom to work as they want as long as they deliver results.
