Im the Sales manager for a large dental managed services group.

For what projects/services did your company hire LayerTwo Technology?
We sell products & Services to dental clinics and were seeking an external I.T consulting business who have broad understanding over both our industry and the I.T space to help us put together a portal service for our customers.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The team at layer two were able to deliver a product that fit all of our needs, but also went as far as providing consultative work to help introduce new I.T practices into our business.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Traditionally all of our work was completed through a smei manual method, using excel spreadsheets etc. The team from layertwo helped us create a customer portal, digitised all of our manual processes into automatic processes and helped us significantly cut back our operational costs in doing so.
While doing so we also visited other parts of our business that wasnt on the initial scope of works, presented to layertwo. These included VOIP services, our server upgrades and license management. We've subsequently signed up to a managed services program with them due to the fantastic an all encompassing results we were able to achieve
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
we had a team of 4 specifically dedicatdd to us including a VCIO.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
it is still early to have any real data as the project was completed very recently. But our operational time in loss has significantly dropped and in return we are able to focus on what we do best as opposed to trying to maintain laboured processes we previously had.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioend earlier, the team at layertwo put together a dedicated team that worked with us on all aspects of this project and trhe overall communication between our team and theirs was to a very high standard.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to break down barriers and do things seemingly impossible things is impressive. We've worked with other parties in the past for similar projects, and were always made to feel as though we were workign for them as opposed to them for us. Our engagement with LayerTwo has been nothing short of fantastic and they were able to adabt and make changes seemlessly to complete this project.
