I’m the president of a retail sales marketing & branding company.

I hired Rich (Founder, Last Minute Unsold Media) for his intuitive ability to understand how to use the right media to sell specific products.

We’ve used Rich and his team for radio advertising. Their team completes campaign proposals, monitors analytics, and tracks the ROI. We’ve had many different campaigns running throughout the years.

What is the team composition?

There are half a dozen people on the team that I work with, depending on what my needs are.

Twenty-five years ago, I met Rich when he was doing local radio in Los Angeles. Since then, we’ve successfully worked together.

Our engagement with Last Minute Unsold Media started in 1994.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Currently, we have three different campaigns with them. We test results based on two different criteria. We look into the retail sales movement at specific retailers. We also look into how the campaigns drive people to particular websites for gathering information and finding products.

How did Last Minute Unsold Media perform from a project management standpoint?

The team at Last Minute Unsold Media understands deadlines and my needs. We’re continually moving and optimizing media around from different stations or channels to maximize impact. Everything is tracked through what I call a game, “Follow the Dollar.” Sometimes we look daily or weekly, optimizing based on the media mix. We also look for unique opportunities that come up, whether it’s seasonal or something we didn’t consider previously because of affordability.
