We are an automotive curator on the east coast serving clients across the US, I am the Marketing Director.

We had a fundamental idea of our goals. Lasso helped take that to the next level with their creativity and expertise. Our ultimate goal was to leave an everlasting mark on our clients and they were able to achieve this.

How did you select Lasso: Creative Agency and Video Production and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for several vendors to help, but ultimately chose Lasso because of their variety of work and experience in the field.

The project started with a discovery and goal expectations. From there Lasso formulated a plan on how to best execute this all in alignment of the goal. The shoot took 3 days and then was taken into editing. The production went smoothly, and the equipment was all high end cinema gear. The edit came together seamlessly and blew us away!

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We mainly worked with the owner, Thomas, and he would direct anyone who touched the project on what we like and prefer. Most of the time they were very prompt and it was them waiting for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We use this video as part of our sales process and immediately began seeing results. It has boosted our conversion rate and lead to new business with people sharing our content when referrals are needed.

The timelines were always met. They went out of their way to ensure that the communication was always open and we could change anything we liked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found it most impressive that they were able to take a concept, they created something we could never think about, and executed on our core goals. The creativity and problem solving went a long way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were happy overall with Lasso.
