I am a licensed business coach. I specifically work with entrepreneurs who are purpose-driven, such as creatives and faith-based businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with La Creativo?

I was looking for a way to revamp my brand. I also had challenges with social media and website management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

La Creativo provides me with creativity consultations for my business brand. They’ve helped me separate my business brand from my personal brand. They help me outline my vision and we discuss what the content and messaging should be. For my website, they helped me set up my domain and email and to problem solve any technical issues I had. Right now, we’re working on a video, designing an approach that will help me capture my ideal audience.

I’ve worked directly with their head of marketing.

How did you come to work with La Creativo?

I found them on Facebook. I’d been following them for some time, probably a couple of years. Their brand really stood out to me. I reached out to them and connected with the owner, who was nice and very professional.

I’ve spent around $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017 and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I get positive compliments all the time on my website and my brand. Their direction and guidance helped me narrow the scope. Looking at my social media presence or my website, you can see how well they’ve separated my business and personal brands

How did La Creativo perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly by phone. They’re very professional and customer-oriented. They’re assessable. I'm not the easiest person to please and they were easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Oftentimes, when brands are clean and chic, they aren’t accessible or customer-service friendly. La Creativo is both.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I think it’s important for the customer to do their research and understand what digital marketers do. A lot of people don’t understand that. If you come to La Creativo with a good idea of what kinds of projects they do and how they can help your business, you’ll be successful.
