Are there any areas for improvement or something Kwebmaker could have done differently?

While this project couldn’t have gone smoother, I’d love to see Magently roll out their Redmine system more widely. As someone who experienced it firsthand, I’m convinced this tool was the unsung hero of our seamless workflow and crystal-clear communication, other clients would benefit tremendously from the same structure.
