We hired KURAGE for digital marketing and web development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KURAGE did end-to-end development of our landing pages; they also redesigned our website. Their team added new features to our landing pages to improve lead capturing and conversions. They completely revamped the designs of the landing pages and added videos to explain our services to users. Also, KURAGE added sections to improve user flows across the site to remove the endless scrolling on landing pages.

I worked with Shonit (Creative Director) and a developer.

How did you come to work with KURAGE?

We were working with a different agency but wanted to find an agency that could provide better quality products to improve our conversions. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested 40,000 Indian rupees (approximately $500 USD)

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement was from December 2021–February 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of getting conversions and clicks, KURAGE work has really impressed us. We typically collect leads from landing pages; compared to our landing pages from our previous vendors, the new ones are much better. We track the cost per lead and click numbers across multiple landing pages to see which ones work better for us. 

How did KURAGE perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was straightforward once we broke the project down. KURAGE's team was always available — if there were any critical issues, we could get ahold of them quickly for a resolution. Typically, we communicated through phone calls, emails, and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with the new designs of the landing pages. In one of the meetings we had with them, I could see their office space, and everyone was really calm and collected. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for KURAGE to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to hire KURAGE for their projects because they provide good quality products.

What challenge were you trying to address with KURAGE?

We were looking for a creative agency that could manage our brand campaigns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

KURAGE handles the creative aspect of our PPC and brand campaigns that target SMBs. Their team creates animations for our YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages. Additionally, they are in charge of designing our landing pages.

As for the process, we start by giving them briefs with our preferred screens and layouts, along with the descriptions of our target audience. They then conceptualize the animation process and provide recommendations on how we can execute those.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with four resources from KURAGE. Two of them help us with the creative aspect, and there’s one web developer in charge of applying browser changes. Shonit (Creative Director) supports us by providing project strategies.

How did you come to work with KURAGE?

They were the social media agency employed by my former company.

How much have you invested with them?

KURAGE has a retainer contract that amounts to $1,500–$2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

My current company's collaboration with KURAGE started in January 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One thing that I’ve always looked for in an agency is responsiveness — KURAGE has been great in terms of aligning themselves with our requirements. We’ve done multiple brand campaigns together, and they’ve been highly flexible. As a result of their hard work, our go-to-market time for campaigns has decreased by almost 50%.

How did KURAGE perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via WhatsApp. KURAGE provides us with monthly reports containing all the creative outputs that they’ve accomplished. I can say that their team structure and project management have both improved as compared to when I was still working with them under my former company. They have a thorough understanding of our process, and they create high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I highly appreciate KURAGE’s capacity to handle feedback — they’re always willing to apply changes based on our constructive feedback, regardless of the business requirement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

While they have good design skills, the copies they produce could use some improvement.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

While KURAGE is a small and flexible agency, it always helps if the client is also willing to align their preferences and expectations.
