Kultrix provides a dedicated team that works inside our own processes across several product lines at once: customer portals for different clients, a web app for utility services, a React web product with new modules and API integrations, and an Android app for drivers.
They cover development, QA and design, work in our GitLab with feature branches and release through test and production environments. Beyond development, they helped us find and pre-screen engineers for some of our own customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Kultrix team runs several of our product lines in parallel, which lets us take on more customer work without growing our own headcount. New portals and modules reach production through a proper test stage, and the team is bringing automated tests into the release process. When our needs changed, they adjusted the team quickly and without friction.

Their project management was excellent — everything was well-organized and clearly communicated. They consistently delivered milestones on time (or even earlier), and were always responsive to our needs and feedback. Whenever we had questions or wanted to make adjustments, they were flexible, proactive, and quick to adapt. It really felt like a collaborative partnership from start to finish.

What stood out the most to me was their genuine commitment to quality and problem-solving. Are there any areas for improvement or something Kultrix could have done differently?

Honestly, everything went smoothly and I was really satisfied with the collaboration. Kultrix handled the project professionally, and there were no major issues along the way. At this point, I don't see any areas that need improvement — the team was responsive, efficient, and easy to work with.
