We had an initial meeting where we were explained the entire process and the costs involved. After that we provided the transcripts of the video and the team started working on a voiceover. Once we verified the voiceover (which were in local language), the team created animations and story baord. After suggesting minor changes to the two, an animation video was created. In our discussion with rural audience, we found the video to be too long. Krishastudio happily helped us in dividing the video into two parts.

The project manager used BaseCamp to manage the project. He also communicated things over email. The structure of the project was clearly defined on BaseCamp and all the timelines were strictly adhered by Krishaweb.

They provided timely outcomes, were flexible to accommodate any late changes and were transparent in communicating everything. The quality of the final product was top-notch!

We worked with Avinash (Creative Director) from the KrishaStudio team, the captain of this project. The feedback process was very simple and easy to communicate over email and Zoom meetings (whenever we needed to).

KrishaStudio did an excellent job on the recent video they created for us. Their creative thinking, suggestions, video effects implementation, and video editing abilities are exceptional. They are perfectionists who are very adaptable and focused on customer service. Working on a strict timeline and delivering the quality project on time is like icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Krishastudio for video animation work and providing meaningful customer experiences that help your business grow.

The new technology that we are adopting for the construction of various types of buildings was supposed to be explained in a nut shell without missing any points and within a very small time because the budget was less.

We looked for other video production companies but didn't find anyone so promising.

It was wonderful working with them because they are very well organized. The whole job started with a conference call with the management where we explained what we need and Krisha was all there to deeply understand our needs. Then a project on Basecamp was created and then there were regular updates on Basecamp where everyone stays on the same page. Wonderful platform is Basecamp.

As we moved forward all approvals from us were routed only through Basecamp and no emails involved and the issues used to be closed quickly on the same. After the concall, the script is generated and approval is taken then a presentation of the video is made and approved and then the voice over artist was selected and hurray the video is out soon. This happens after we go through every stage give comments, the comments are incorporated and only then we move on to the next stage.

We worked with a project manager who used keep sending us the data as per the relevant stages and we used to give them the feedback, based on which the revised data used to be shared seeking our approval.

Yes we have got customers seeing our video who are willing to go ahead with us for the construction of their house using rapid technology.

They have a wonderful platform to communicate called Basecamp and we used to talk only through that. The project manager send regular updates to us through Basecamp, as the work progresses they share the relevant files through Basecamp and we get an alert of the same on our mail. If we don't respond there us a call reminding us that the decision is awaited. It was all a wonderful experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is their quick understanding of what is required and the Project Management Skills including being very communicative and explicit.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are very good. However, a little bit more out of the box thinking would have helped to make the entire video look a bit more better and exclusive.

The main goal of the video was to inform people about the new features of the platform and show them how the new UI of the platform will work for them.

Like most of the people do, we looked for a professional animation video agency online. That's where we found KrishaStudio ranking high on the search results. We contacted them and discussed our requirements with them. After a couple of calls and reviewing their portfolio, we were sure that they can be the right partner for us to create a video that we were looking for.

The process is very streamlined. They first discuss the project with us and then provided us with a detailed proposal for the project. That included the scope of work, team allocation, timeline and all important details. The overall process is breakdown in differnt steps like Brainstorming, Script writing, Voice recording, Storyboarding, Animation and Delivery.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We were in continuous touch with the operations team through project management tool they are using. We were always just one message away from the actual team working on the project. They are very quick to respond and always easy to reach. They review the progress at each phase and get the feedback from our team.

Be it a script or voice over, storyboard or final animation; they discussed it with our team and got the feedback on regular intervals. Once the animation was done, they provided us with the demo and we provided them with some feedbacks and revisions on same. They were open to do that changes for us and I liked it

The portal has got a lot of new features and has a complete new look. It get's tough to understand it for users sometime. But thanks to this amazing explainer video, users have adopted it very well. They come back to us and said that the video helped them understand the features and new UI as well.

The account manager they have assigned was very easy to communicate with and reachable. They are using the project management tool that kept all the team members on the same page and took the emailing hustle out of the equation. It was very easy to see the progress, set the deadlines and give the feedback on the completed tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The thing that impressed me the most was their methodology and how they approach the work. They are always open to discuss every aspect of the project with us and give us the best suggestions.

They are not only technically sound but communicating with them was super easy even though we have a constrain of the time difference. You can always go to them and discuss the idea you have for specific screen, they will listen to it and help you get the best out of each screen of the video.

I am pretty much happy with process they have and how they work. But if I have to suggest an area for an improvement, I would say things could be slightly faster. Otherwise everything very well managed and planned.
