We hired Kriday Technologies to design and develop a custom web application for our event and invitation management platform. Our primary goals were to: Build a user-friendly interface for creating, tracking, and managing event invitations. Integrate role-based access for admins, invitees, and event managers. Enable real-time updates and reporting, including attendance tracking and follow-ups. 
Ensure mobile responsiveness, as a majority of our users access the platform via phones. Deliver a secure and scalable solution that could later support WhatsApp/SMS integrations.

Kriday Technologies was responsible for end-to-end development of a web-based Event & Invitation Management System using ASP.NET Web Forms and SQL Server.

The scope of work included:

Requirement analysis and planning, including understanding our workflow for tracking invitations and attendee responses.
Front-end development with dynamic forms for:

Creating event invitations with categories (personal, social, religious, etc.)
Managing attendee status (Self Attended, Representative Attended, Not Attended)
Filtering and listing records by date, event type, or response
Back-end development, including:

• SQL Server database design
• Stored procedures for secure and efficient data operations
• Role-based authentication and session handling
• Reporting module to generate daily and monthly summaries for admin users.
• Responsive UI design for desktop and mobile browsers.

• A fully functional Event Invitation Management web application
• Dynamic form with validation and conditional display logic
• Admin dashboard with filtering, summaries, and status tracking

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered by Kriday Technologies resulted in several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated its success:

1.  100% functionality match with our project requirements — all modules including invitation creation, attendance tracking, and report generation were implemented as specified.
   Operational efficiency improved by over 60% — manual tracking of event responses was fully replaced with automated data entry and reporting, saving significant time for our administrative staff.
2. Accurate real-time tracking of attendance and event participation for over 300+ events since launch.
3.  Mobile-responsive UI resulted in increased adoption by users accessing the platform from their phones, especially field staff.
4. System stability and reliability — the app has been running smoothly with minimal downtime and no critical bugs since deployment.
5. Improved decision-making — the daily/monthly summary reports enabled leadership to quickly identify event response trends and improve engagement strategies.

1. Timely Delivery: All milestones and deliverables were completed on or before the agreed timelines. Even with a few changes in requirements mid-project, they managed the adjustments efficiently without delaying the overall schedule.
2. Organized Communication: We were kept informed at every stage of development through regular updates via WhatsApp and email. They used a clear task-tracking approach and often shared progress screenshots and early demos for feedback.
3. Responsive to Changes: Whenever we needed small modifications or had questions, their team was quick to respond—usually within a few hours. Larger changes were discussed in detail and incorporated in a structured, transparent way.
4. Collaborative Approach: They actively listened to our needs, gave technical suggestions where helpful, and made sure the final output matched both the functional and user experience expectations.

What impressed us most about Kriday Technologies was their ability to deeply understand our functional needs and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions—without requiring constant technical supervision from our side.

1. Domain understanding: Even though the project involved specific workflows (like event attendance tracking and conditional form logic), they quickly grasped the use case and implemented it exactly as intended.
2.  Technical flexibility: They handled both the front-end (dynamic ASP.NET forms) and back-end (SQL procedures, validations, summaries) smoothly, delivering a complete, integrated system.
3.  Responsiveness and attitude: Their team was always approachable, proactive, and open to feedback—even late in the project. That kind of collaboration really stood out.
4. Commitment to delivering a polished product: They didn’t just stop at making it “work” — they ensured the interface was clean, the logic was consistent, and the application was ready for daily use from day one.

Overall, it felt like they were not just a vendor, but a technology partner genuinely invested in the success of our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kriday Technologies could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Kriday Technologies’ performance. However, like any project, there are always small areas for improvement:

1. Documentation: While the final product was well-built, we would have appreciated more detailed technical and user documentation—especially around database structure, stored procedures, and admin usage instructions.
2.  More structured testing phase: A formal QA/testing checklist or test report would have added clarity during the final handover, although the system worked well in production.
3. UI/UX recommendations: While they followed our UI ideas effectively, a few proactive suggestions on usability or visual improvements (e.g., button placement, mobile layout tweaks) would have made the platform feel even more refined.

These are minor points and did not impact the success of the project. We’re happy with the overall outcome and would definitely work with them again.
