OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Kreilabs, and what were your goals?

Maintain the database of all private education workers affiliated with the union, and all the data management thereof, including the accounting part and the passage of union dues payments.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

An open call was made where three software providers presented themselves. We decided on Kreilabs because in the presentation of the project we believed it was the most complete, serious and comprehensive of our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The project had an initial delivery with what is necessary to carry out the database of the people affiliated with the union and the management of the base nuclei in terms of delegations and operations in general. Then, the accounting module was introduced, with the passage of payments and the issuance of receipts included, among other functionalities. Finally, the management of legal advice and the organization of meetings, workshops and assemblies.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four people I have identified as having ties to Kreilabs. Two of them in charge of operational management in terms of physical server. One of them also in terms of partial payments for the project. And with two programmer analysts, especially one of them who was always the contact of the system in terms of operation and management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Although several deliverables had their comings and goings to adjust details, in general we are very satisfied with what was delivered by the supplier. And in most cases the post-delivery modifications were due to proposed improvements and lack of information on our part at the time of the initial survey.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We were very satisfied with the management of time and communication, which at all times was on time and with real information on times and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good communication, the response always on time and the seriousness to respond to our needs at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps in terms of the initial presentation of the project, prior to its scheduling. I mean that in the design presented at the beginning there were some "concepts" that perhaps were presented in a very "formal" way and that led to the difficulty of understanding among those of us who do not know about the subject.
