There is always scope of much improvements. One among them would be providing with variety of solutions so that the customer can has options to choose from rather than sticking to one or two ideas.

Kreative Machinez is responsible for our digital marketing activities. They also produce the creatives that we publish on social platforms like Instagram and Facebook and run paid ad campaigns. They develop critical market strategies for us, too. Updating the content of our website is also a priority for their team. We’re currently creating a landing page with them and are considering redesigning the website in the near future.

Our product is one that consumers can’t typically get in the market, so we had to keep it private in the beginning. Now that we’ve begun sharing it and using Kreative Machinez creatives, we’ve seen quite a few queries from potential customers. For example, we had around 200 queries within 15 days, which is a good start for us.

They meet deadlines and are easy to communicate with. The team is very responsive and serious about what they’re doing. We speak via WhatsApp and we’re very satisfied.

They have a good size team working on the project and they’re really responsive. We received great value for the price. They truly take a personal interest in everything about our project. They invest their energy in it.

Managing our customers and their variety of needs is much easier with their dedicated assistance and partnership. It has also given us true confidence. Within three months, we were once again ranking with Google, and received at least one front-page hit within six months. The website’s performance has continued consistent upward movement in the years since engaging Kreative Machinez.

The best part about working with Kreative Machinez is that they zero in on the task at hand and do not burden me with inconsequential details.

The only thing I noticed was the creep of Indian-English colloquialisms into some of our content. However, this was not a serious problem because we would catch it on our end during submission reviews.
