Project Coordinator at SDL Multilingual Pvt. LTD. Also, I'm self employed providing consultation to various Fashion brand under my company's name 'Wings'

For what projects/services did your company hire Kreativ Ideas?

Kreativ Ideas was hired after a lot of research by my teams and was narrow down to do our Branding, Logo Designing, Brochure/ Stationary Designing, Brand Collateral Designing. Also, we have given them Website Design and development project now after looking at their expertise in Digital Marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

My objective was to build my Brand in the market and to use a digital marketing who would manage all the aspects of marketing and not just one aspect of it. Kreativ Ideas provides solutions to all your questions and basically is a One-Stop shop for your Digital Marketing Requirements.

How did you select this vendor?

After burning our money with many digital marketing in London, we found Kreativ Ideas on Google and had a brief discussion over Skype. We arranged a meeting during my vacation in India and was instantly impressed with their expertise and work-around in the market.

They were not only cost effective as compared to London Digital Marketing but also told us how to captured the market and what services would be required and how it would impact my target customers.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Understanding my requirement with a Branding brief questionnaire. They provided us multiple options with their creative inputs. Kreativ Ideas did multiple revisions in the concept as per our demands. After multiple trials and errors, we finalize the logos followed by other Branding activities in the same manner. Our timeline was respected and they were no delays and the best part of Kreativ Ideas was that they provided timely updates which any company would appreciate.

What was the team composition?

A Project Manager named Aishwarya Dandale was assigned to my company, she coordinated with us and her team which comprises of Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Art Director, Photographer and a Website Developer. They also have SEO and Social Marketing Team which we are looking forward to connect with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Kreativ Ideas, we have received Brand recognization and the Sales has also increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The best part was all the mail which included changes or feedback were acknowledged on real time basis. Skype Meeting was scheduled every Thursday to understand and updates or progress or even any doubts by their team
