Krayde owns the full technical foundation of Kalcend, including:
Multi-tenant organization structure with strict data isolation
Scalable messaging architecture using Firebase Functions Gen2, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, Redis, and Firestore
High-volume WhatsApp automation pipeline capable of handling campaigns, broadcasts, and AI-driven conversational flows
