For what projects/services did your company hire KonvertLab?

We hired KonvertLab to help scale our Facebook advertising efforts, lower customer acquisition costs, and build our base of paying subscribers. We wanted to gain paying subscribers, lower acquisition costs, compete with more well known companies in our industry, and get our business to a place where we could approach investors for further growth.

How did you select this vendor?

We looked at multiple vendors to take this on but KonvertLab was the clear winner with their track record & ability to provide assistance on all parts of the paid ads funnel. A lot of companies just stay inside the ads manager all the time & we were looking for more than that.

We had initially intended for KonvertLab to just work within Facebook ads, but they’ve been very helpful in several other areas, such as website CRO, email marketing, and expanding to new advertising platforms (Google/Youtube). We’ve seen considerable growth since we began our partnership.

What was the team composition?

Our media buyer/account manager Adam is a complete rock star. He has taken an involved role, not just in ad platforms, but also in more general business initiatives. The founders of KonvertLab have also personally participated in offering big picture advice and recommendations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were amazing. KonvertLab was able to increase our new customers per month by 177%, while lowering CPA by 57%, AND increasing ROAS by 213%. They get results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I’m constantly kept in the loop of updates, new initiatives each week, etc. They have been very effective in communicating with me and my team, and are always quick to jump on a call to talk things through when the situation calls for it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Beyond all the impressive metrics, the KonvertLab team truly cares about building our brand. They took the time to learn the space and responsibly tested various concepts until we found ones that took hold and could scale.

I’m really happy with the work provided & hope to work together for much longer than we already have!

We hired KonvertLab because we were looking for a team to increase and attain higher quality leads and drive more SQLs across Google, Facebook and LinkedIn paid advertisements.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to adjust our targeting and create a multi-funnel approach across the platforms. Leading up to this we were struggling to see the results desired in many key regions, were not converting at a rate we were pleased with and feared we might be missing out on key opportunities.

KonvertLab managed all of our paid advertisements across Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. They build impactful creatives for each of our campaigns and with extensive industry experience guided us in creating our multi-funnel approach across the platforms.

We’ve had a dedicated media buyer, along with the KonvertLab leadership being available and easily accessible. This dynamic overall showed their care for both our results and our partnership.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, across the platforms, the results from working with KL speak for themselves. On Facebook we were able to increase lead volume by 194% with minimal increases in spend. In addition we shifted focus from volume to quality which saw a decrease in disqualified leads by 57% With Linkedin we were able to achieve an increase in lead volume of 131% On Google, we managed to increase our volume of leads by an impressive 439%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used a shared Slack channel along with weekly meetings, the overall communication was excellent. The team at KonvertLab was always available to us, were great listeners and always willing to take a call to provide guidance and counsel.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Since working with KonvertLab, we have managed to raise awareness, increase engagement, and increase qualified traffic to the website, all while scaling MQLs and SQLs. Communication has been seamless, direct, receptive and professional throughout our engagement. KonvertLab has felt more like an extension of our existing team rather than an external agency.

My name is Dave & I’m the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Klyck. We are a sales enablement software built specifically for complex B2B companies to help their teams close more deals and build better customer relationships.

We needed help scaling our qualified lead acquisition efforts through Linkedin Ads. Prior to KonvertLab, we didn’t really have an overall strategy for paid lead acquisition.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create our overall paid ad strategy, implement, & optimize based on performance for Linkedin and Google Ads. The main goal was to increase the volume of qualified leads coming in & Linkedin Ads was successful with that out the gate.

It’s funny actually. They were using ads to target me & that’s how I knew they’d be the right team. Their ads were creative, obviously knew exactly who they were speaking to, & the process of becoming a prospect was frictionless. From there, their case studies, results, & obvious expertise made them a clear winner to work with.

After choosing KonvertLab, we’ve had a series of strategy calls. They REALLY wanted to get to know us and our business before launching any paid activities. After agreeing on the initial strategy, we saw an increase in lead volume in a matter of weeks of starting our campaigns!

In other terms of scope, they managed all of our paid ads activities, collaborated with me directly in terms of how to better reach our audience with more specific content, & even helped me out with our sales process in general. They delivered a lot more value than just driving us highly qualified leads from paid ads.

We’ve had a dedicated account manager, but the KL leadership team was also available whenever we needed to talk with them. That’s one of the things that made a super positive impact on us. They showed us that they really care. I felt like I could ping them on Slack & get an answer very quickly anytime I had a question.

To get technical, they were able to reduce cost-per-lead by 32% while increasing the lead volume by 87%. Also, they increase the overall lead-quality by 70%. A huge win for us. They were the best investment I’ve ever made in any outsourced work.
