Jean-François BERTRAND and Jérôme DUVAL created Kom & Do in 2017.
Our basic objective: to create a new form of work in response to a double need:
- on the company side: a need to access skills but not necessarily full time or without enough visibility to create a position
- On the candidates' side: a growing expectation to mix forms of work while having the security of a permanent contract
Based on human values, a recognized professionalism and a good dose of humor, the Kom&Do team builds and animates a Kommunity of employees to make them available to its customers, part-time or full-time.
In 2019, following the meeting with Ivan Quenardel - Expert accountant entrepreneur, we invest in the creation of the Tactical Collective.
Sharing the same human values and the same vision of the accompaniment of the leaders of TPE SME, we join in 2020 to create the group L'Optimiste, composed of two accounting firms in Rennes and Paris, and Kom&Do.
In 2021, in order to meet each recruitment need of our customers, Kom & Do also becomes a recruitment and HR consulting firm.
