I’m a deputy manager for real estate at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. I handle new store development for McDonald’s for Kerala, India and Tamil Nadu, India.


For what projects/services did your company hire KoluMittayi?

We were launching a new McDonald's store in a market where we didn’t have a presence before. Hence, to create awareness about the new store and reach out to the maximum number of customers, we engaged KoluMittayi to do an advertising campaign.

KoluMittayi implemented a supermarket receipt-back advertising campaign at a well-known local chain of supermarkets. They also trained the supermarket cashiers to point out the ads when giving the receipts to customers. Since the ads had offers which could be redeemed at our store, customers came to try it out.

We were able to surpass our store targets by 30%. A large proportion of our customers came from the campaign done by KoluMittayi.
