I am the CEO of FLY FOOT. We are a football travel platform based out of Beirut, Lebanon
For what projects/services did your company hire Kolaps?
We hired Kolaps to create our branding, also to create our website and mobile app UI/UX
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to transform Fly Foot from a traditional travel solution company into an online platform, where clients can book and manage their trips online
How did you select Kolaps?
They gave us a unique proposal, that was very different from all other proposals. We were intrigued by their approach and we wanted to select a company that would really put the efforts in creation.
Describe the project in detail.
We started by creating a new logo, new colors for the brand that would re position Fly Foot as a digital company. We then created a user journey to be implemented on our web and app, we divided it into small steps trying to minimize the number of clicks, Kolpas helped us with that and with designing the UI
What was the team composition?
We were assigned a project manager and 3 designers, and we were supporting with our CTO and client servicing team
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We managed in record time to convey the message to our audience that we have became an online platform, a sort of Expedia for football. We have also managed to implement the branding into our social media channels that helped us reposition the brand
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective, we used common tools like slack and asana to help us manage the project together
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with the time they put to create something different and unique, and also their desire to understand the ins and out of the business before jumping into design and creation
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think we have covered the digital side with Kolaps, and i am not sure about offline work cause we did not work on that, maybe other reviews will showcase it

I am the Co-founder of a high quality, eco-friendly stationery brand, Dingbats* Notebooks.
For what projects/services did your company hire Kolaps?
We have worked with Kolaps on multiple projects including new notebooks collections, a new pen line and more (to be revealed soon). Currently, we are also working on a new website.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to create new collections that would uplift the brand image, improve the visual qualities and expand the product selection to become an "everyday carry" solution.

Through a friend referral and a proven track record of great design implementations

We first start with a requirements call regarding a new project we are interested to work on. Then after translating our thoughts in full, we agree on the scope of work and quotation for the project. After that, we start getting proposals and work our way to narrow the options and modify as needed to achieve the desired result.
What was the team composition?
We have an account manager who is the main point of contact on a higher level basis and a Visual Designer who deals with us more on a day to day level.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Successful launch of all new products with great feedback from customers to date.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All members of their team are easy to communicate with and available for a quick call or discussion anytime.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive about the company was the ability to accurately translate thoughts into a designed product.

Nothing comes across my mind at the moment. To date, we never had any point of conflict
