I’m a project manager at Chimney Group, a post-production company. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kodernia?

We needed Kodernia to help develop our booking system, which is used in over 60 countries. It handles a substantial volume of traffic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kodernia developed our booking software from scratch. They also fix bugs, implement new functionalities, and provide maintenance and support. The team adapted to our internal processes so we could work together as effectively as possible.

What is the team composition? 

Two people from Kodernia worked with me. I’m the product manager for this project and work directly with the developers.

How did you come to work with Kodernia?

I wasn’t involved at the beginning of the project, so I don’t know how we found them initially.
 
How much have you invested with them?

We spent $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2016 and completed the first version of our system about two years ago. The collaboration is ongoing.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our system is up and running at this time, but the project is still ongoing. Many people use our platform, and it’s functioning really well. It’s closely aligned with our company’s internal processes, as well as those of the clients we work for. 

How did Kodernia perform from a project management standpoint?

Kodernia is always there to support us. It’s been quite easy to communicate with them. They clearly explain technical concepts that are outside my area of expertise. I always feel understood.

The person who runs the company is both a developer and a project manager. He has excellent project management skills. He sends continuous updates about tasks in progress and always notifies me about any delays. 

 We use a project management tool and talk on the phone. During intense stages, we’re in contact every week. At other times, we don’t have to do much with the system. They fix any bugs that occur. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kodernia has made my job very easy.  We’ve maintained close communication the whole time. Whenever I need them to execute something, I just give them all the necessary information, we set up a timeline, and they start working. Kodernia makes the entire process smooth and simple.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No, I don’t.
