For what projects/services did your company hire KODE MAKERS, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop mobile application and static web-site for our community users catering to c2c and c2b2c needs. Goal were to create simple, stable, scalable solution that can be help the users to transact efficiently

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online/offline for app developer and interviewed many of them. Finally, we were introduced to Kode Makers through a common reference. They exhibited technical competency and aptitude to understand our requirements better than all other short listed vendors.

We had series of discovery meeting to discuss our requirement and timelines. We provided team with majority screen designs and detailed requirements. Based on all the requirements, in a week's time they suggested probable high-level architecture and verified all requirements. A quick prototype of key requirements was also created in a short period of time. Iteration of the prototypes have been provided while providing all phase completion.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Team of 6-7 members have been working on various phase of the project. Designer, front-hand developer, API developer & database engineer all have played their role during different phases of the project. At the same time, in case of any issues all the team members have come together to provide required insights to resolve any issue.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 4 months of our contact with Kode maker, our product (with all its complexity) would be going live in next 2-3 weeks.

The project manager was a open-minded and a technically sound guy who was easy to communicate. He provided frequent update and paid attention to details. All deliveries are on-time and in-case of any delay, sufficient prior notice was given.

The project started with building an MVP for the saas service, with a flutter mobile app, backend and frontend for end users using MERN stack. Now the project has grown to building more features and innovative solutions for the users.

What was the team composition?

Couple members from Kodemakers team including experienced flutter developers, backend engineer and frontend developer, with QA tester to help catch bugs before deliverable sent for us to test and deploy.

We had a good launch in the estimated time and cost. We had the app, backend and admin and end user front end deliverables in time and good quality as per the requirements given to the team.

They ownership of the project, where they seemed to work like an extension of our internal team. They found problems, innovated and came up with improvements when they were not required to. They went above and beyond. Great team work.

The Hyperbola - Home Tutorials is an online platform for an educational institution where the parents could get updates of the recent homeworks, holidays, attendance of children, result of tests and much more.

I only spoke with their project manager but i am aware that there were 2 mobile developers and 1 backend developer for my project.

We have launched android version and our app users are very happy for the app.

i don't think so, they are specialist in mobile app development. we get good product.
