What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen fantastic results from Koala Rank’s work. Their last two articles are now ranking first on Google, and though we have high domain authority, we’ve never managed to get our content on the first page on our own. They clearly have a high level of SEO knowledge.
While the engagement is still early on, we’ve also had a great experience from a thought leadership perspective. We’ve decreased the amount of content we put out, but the amplification has increased exponentially. Our customers and colleagues are very impressed with how informative and relevant Koala Rank’s articles are.
The team truly understands us and our product, which allows us to trust them with our brand and core values. Despite how technical our work is, the team came to speed rapidly to start designing and implementing strategy almost immediately.
How did Koala Rank perform from a project management standpoint?
Koala rank has been quite detailed and organized in their approach to the project. We use Airtable, which has allowed us to keep track of all deliverables. We rely on Slack to communicate, which sometimes presents challenges as we’re in different time zones.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re ranking on the first page of Google for a highly competitive keyword with our last content pieces. It’s amazing and exceptionally valuable to us. We don’t know how they do it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their project and account management services. Koala Rank could definitely benefit from having long-term vision discussions around success for the client.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Koala Rank can be very helpful in determining which keywords have an opportunity to rank, but, in the end, the client is the industry expert and should bring that expertise to the table. If you’re proactive, the team will respond well.
