We tested new landing pages specifically designed for Google Ads. We also dove deep into single keyword ad groups (SKAG), which has since changed the way I do Google Search. They supported for almost/over a year and were also extremely supportive during the transition for me to take it back in-house.

Our calls always had an agenda which made it easy to go through them quickly. They were very straightforward—if things didn't work, they let me know. And if things worked—they let me know. It was very matter-of-fact, and I really dug that.

Outside of services, I loved their branding.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, nothing that really stands out in particular.

On some of the campaigns that KlientBoost worked on, they turned channels to double-digit conversions with much cleaner lead quality.

KlientBoost started with an initial consultation and intake form, asking a lot of very insightful questions about our business, our positioning, our goals, and more. Once they acquired this information, they designed accurately branded landing pages, A/B tested them, and now continue to hone our presence and keywords to filter all but the exact prospective clients we’re looking for. Their communication has been rapid and accurate throughout our relationship.

There have been a few different people in contact with me throughout the project, but now that I'm underway, Brody (Account Manager, KlientBoost) is our one point of contact. He has been incredible and knowledgeable, demonstrating a sincere desire to help our company succeed.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

PPC takes time. But that doesn't mean that, when the time passes, the PPC company is always successful. We've been in business for 11 years, and we've been burned before. But with KlientBoost, the success not only came a few months in, it is growing with every subsequent month. We've added 40 new doors this year, and at least 70% of those are directly a result of KlientBoost's leads from the landing pages they created.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed exactly as they said they would. Deadlines are met, and metrics are met or exceeded.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

Culture is the most important part of any company, and their culture values communication, transparency, and results, along with continually honing and improving their craft and staying on top of market trends.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There always are, but that's the nature of humans. Some early landing pages had discouraging grammatical errors and syntax that didn't make sense, but this isn't their industry, and the wording doesn't come naturally. I haven't seen much I don't like. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Johnathan and his team did a lot of research before our first official call. They came to the table with questions and actionable recommendations that quickly launched our mission. We work collaboratively on ad creative, as we have a video team in house, and we often bounce ideas off each other for landing page tests.

During the first six months of working with KlientBoost, we saw a 115% increase in conversion volume, a 25% increase in conversion rate, and a 21% decrease in cost per acquisition.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first, we bounced back and forth between emails and Google spreadsheets, which was a bit complicated and disorganized. Then we switched to working with Asana and communicating through Slack, which has been much more productive.

It's been almost a year now, and they continue to impress with the results they have delivered. The team is amazing, as well. Everyone I've worked with is full of energy and very smart.

Our conversation rate increased by 11%, and we saw a 42% decrease in cost per conversion. We’ve also noticed a 43% decrease in cost per click and a 169% increase in our conversion rate on our top-performing landing page. We exceeded our planned conversion goal by 13% while remaining on budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

KlientBoost excelled at providing clear communication and detailed-oriented follow-through on all tasks. We frequently communicated through email and Google Hangouts.

They were also sensitive to our aggressive growth goals and quickly turned around high-quality work. I always felt like I was in good hands.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone on the KlientBoost team had a high level of expertise and knowledge. They were also proactive in sharing the ideas, tactics, and strategies that they’ve developed through successful partnerships with a wide range of customers. Throughout the project, the team was committed to elite execution and followed through on granular tasks.

The team is easy to work with and very responsive. They’re always quick to answer my questions and requests, and I can reach them anytime via phone or email. Also, the account manager from KlientBoost is proactive in suggesting ways to improve campaigns, and we typically implement these ideas. We have weekly calls to go over metrics and quarterly workshops to discuss high-level goals.

I would like to see them invest more time in understanding our product and audience. We serve a niche market, and effective engagement requires a high level of technical industry knowledge. Nevertheless, KlientBoost has proved to be capable of learning quickly, and the team is always willing to incorporate our feedback.

We’ve received a clear ROI with our Google Ads and the impact of their work pays for itself.  Sales are my main measurement of success, and they have definitely increased since working with KlientBoost.

They’ve done a great, job. The team does everything they say they’ll do in a timely manner. If there are any hiccups with their work, they address them and communicate with us effectively. At first, we used to do a weekly conference call, but now that we’re more familiar with one another, we meet once every two weeks. We also check-in via email if needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like how nimble they are and how they move as quickly as we need them to.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are areas for improvement for every company, but I have no complaints thus far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise potential customers to talk with the team and make sure that everyone’s personalities and styles of work are compatible. If both teams aren’t in sync, that’s an opportunity for things to fall through the cracks.

The speed with which they complete tasks impresses me the most. Our biggest challenge right now is keeping up with the leads that they’ve generated.

So far, everything. I didn't expect them to do as much of the heavy lifting as they’ve done. It's been, in a lot of ways, a set-it-and-forget-it type of experience, but one that is definitely tailored to fit our company, products, and goals.
