We are starting to roll out a marketing and lead generation program from scratch and looking to utilized all of the digital advertising channels including paid social and search. KlientBoost has supported us since January to get our ads off the ground and to create CRO pages that we are always testing. So the entire user experience from soup to nuts.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project were really to test out a few channels like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc. that have never been used before at LiveView Technologies. The goal was to drive sales ready leads for the lowest cost per lead. Some preliminary targets were set at 150 leads a month at an average CPL of $50.

Since starting in late December and January, we have been moving as quickly as possible to get all of our ad accounts set up, landing pages created, lead flow tested and our initial ads launched.

KlientBoost has been there for ever step of the process, even getting into our marketing automation platform, HubSpot. Being a brand new account it has been challenging to chase down all of the internal connections needed to launch these brand new ad accounts, but they have been hands on since day one.

I've been working closely with a project manager and our ads manager. The team is fantastic in that they are fun to engage with and able to think strategically for the needs of our business.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been running ads for a little over 3 weeks and in that time we have completely overwhelmed our sales team with quality leads for less than half the CPL expected. We started by crawling with a bit of spend that would dictate what audiences were working and where we needed to pivot.

After that initial week of ads we we have maintained a steady CPL around $20 for demo requests! We recently scaled our daily budgets and saw over 200+ demo request leads in one day while still maintaining quality and a CPL of $20 or less.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams has been really smooth. We meet once weekly and work via email outside of that. The KlientBoost team has built in-depth Google Data Studio reports so I can check in on the progress/results of our ads in real time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have been running ads or leading ad spend over the last 5 years of my career and I have never seen results of this nature as quickly as they have been able to produce them. We are thrilled by the progress and how quickly we have achieved this type of success.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have had a few setback over the last few weeks, but nothing in control of KlientBoost and they have been great to assist in any way shape or form.

We worked directly with an account manager, conversion optimization expert, and had regular communication with leadership in the design and campaigns departments.

KlientBoost delivered a 28% reduction in CPA and 16% increase in conversion rate compared to 9-month baseline prior to working together.

KlientBoost has a well developed process that lives in Asana. We were added to an instance they created for our work together and provided updates in a clear, concise manner through Asana.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

KlientBoost is truly a partner, not just a vendor. They focused on getting to know the product and offering in order to provide better assets and better understand the user experience. They even spent time with our internal product and product marketing teams to understand our marketing positioning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was a great experience overall. My only request is to continue expanding offerings to cover the entire digital marketing spectrum.

We've had two account teams, working with Maleri and Cody at first and now we're working with Quinten and Daniel. The transition was totally smooth and there haven't been any big changes to the output or quality of work.

Our paid campaigns drive a significant amount of our MQLs and works really well within our greater marketing strategy.

We communicate in a variety of ways, through email, Slack, and Asana. Our teams also meet twice a month to get a full rundown on the different campaign performance and what's coming up for the following month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KB is filled with knowledgable and friendly folks. They are just a super solid partner and we trust their opinions when it comes to this stuff!

We began with a general meeting to discuss what we wanted. KlientBoost then went back and with that information and analyzed all of our current set ups, analytics and process in regards to PPC campaigns, strategy and setup.

They produced a very impressive report detailing what they would do and how they intended to meet specific goals. After approval, they began the work meeting with us once a week to go over the project.

They also kept us very up to date with various emails and updates on the project. We have meet a number of goals but each week continue to create new one and move forward in an ongoing relationship.

We have a dedicated lead that I work with who is a fantastic communicator. They also assign a designer to work with the team on any creatives needed. Other members of the team are looped in as needed.

$100K/mo additional revenue so far on google, one split test so far is a 7% improvement in conversion rate so that'd be huge for us.

Easy communication, quick response and a call every other weeek

Their communication and their work - they successfully scaled our ad accounts and have a winning test about done now!

Just need to find more winning tests. It's a numbers game, though.

We communicate closely with Haley, our account manager, and Sara, our project manager lead. We have a few more on the team that takes care of ads, creatives, etc but I am happy to stick to communicating with one person.

Since starting with KlientBoost end of November we have seen a double to triple increase in evaluations and also a decrease in the daily budget limit. This has been a win-win!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed that they were very data-driven and understood that the healthcare sector worked quite differently from the typical b2c and b2bs out there. I am also very happy with their quick replies!

We have patients coming in through our digital channels, google and social media. Sessions/traffic from Google analytics definitely increased and was higher than 2019.

We mostly use email to communicate, but also implemented Slack for faster communication just in case we need specific things handled on a timely basis. We have access to Asana and have a bi-weekly check in.

Their level of professionalism, their flexibility and willingness to work around our limited budget (due to covid) is impressive.

Learning more about the company and brand. We have a very specific branding and voice and we wanted that to be properly translated in ads.

KlientBoost is a thought leader in the field of PPC and shares their extensive knowledge/experience every step of the way. The team worked with our team as partners and gave us the ability to repeat the processes they had set up for us. For a fast-paced startup such as ours, at times, KlientBoost could over-commit to tasks/deadlines and either not achieve these or require to follow up.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Results - we improved month-over-month with the number of qualified leads and saw a decrease in cost / qualified lead. Learning and iterating to remove inefficient spend. We ended up signing 18 new customers in 2020, blowing away our goal!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was highly knowledgable and we had a good workflow. We scheduled updates every other week, and were on Slack and email for reviews and such.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I love how they bring new ideas and experience from other clients and industries. This let’s us reduce the time to get to critical mass of new qualified leads. It challenges us to think a bit outside the box. I also really like how they are very data-driven, but not without qualitative judgment.

Areas for improvement - it would be nice to offer additional creative services, such as creating eBooks, data sheets, or other graphics / assets.
