For what projects/services did your company hire KlewdUp, and what were your goals?
HydroSkin began in 2019 and in 2021 determined we needed an industry-proven Digital Marketing consultant to grow our business.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
KlewUp can to us as a referral from a colleague. We had tried a couple of firms with no success and my colleague said 'KlewUp was a gun with Google". We are grateful for her experienced recommendation.

Scope of work - KlewdUp manages all our paid marketing channels, including Google Ads Facebook / Instagram ads, and provide expert advice on scaling our email marketing channels by maximising our usage of Klaviyo. The KlewdUp team act as an extension of our team and are always proactively provides ideas and eCom strategies to help scale our business.

We have had continued growth through Digital Marketing since the initial launch with KlewedUp. The increases are through direct sales, increased exposure and customer engagement.

KlewUp management style is very tailored and personalised. They maintain excellent communication and follow through on their commitments. The HydroSkin meets with them virtually every other Wednesday for a WIP in addition we are in communication via email on a regular basis or telephone if needed. They always make themselves available when requested.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Transparency. They are dedicated professionals that know their business. They will honestly set out achievable goals and deliver on their word!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Our business relationship is ongoing and continues to evolve. I genuinely think they are the best in the industry.

We were launching a new company and very inexperienced in digital marketing. We needed a partner to take us on a journey and teach us along the way.

We were recommended by a mutual friend. We hit it off at the first meeting and went from there. They were willing to be flexible and grow with us.

A clinic specialised in the treatment of varicose veins. My role as a marketing manager is to unsure we generate qualified leads and nurture them during the whole customer journey.

We hired KlewdUp for their expertise in digital marketing and mostly digital advertising.

Having already worked with KlewdUp in the past and being very satisfied of the outcomes, I reached out to them and brought them onboard.

KlewdUp has provided with detailed recommendations and strategies before implementing them and monitor them on an ongoing basis. They have been very helpful regarding Facebook and Native Ads, for awareness, traffic and lead generation.

We mostly worked with Rattan for digital ads, Stuart for SEO, and Neridah for content creation.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have seen our lead generation grow over the past 6 months as well as our cost per conversion going down.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow has been very pleasant and fast; KlewdUp is always available for their clients.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have been able to adapt to our quite particular needs (being in the medical field makes it much harder to advertise), while also being here to recommend exploring other channels.
