We are a logistics company, we provide logistics services to Shippers and Manufacturers. I am Founder / CEO of Aachak Logistics.

We hired them to develop our Salesforce CRM. Our goal was to start tracking and create workflow for our sales and Management teams to start tracking Leads, sales quotes and Contracts.

We selected the vendor from online platform, Their customer service and initial project charter call made it easier for us to decide. As they were professional and answered all questions we had.

We developed our salesforce using agile methodology. Kitaracloud Techlabs was our vendor from project charter step. we did our project requirements, and started building each component on timely bases. Testing and sales team onboarding was also done by Kitaraclud Techlabs including training.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 Core member Hitesh Patel, as their team did rest of the work. We only kept in touch with Hitesh, as he took care of rest of the backend work for us. Saved us money and stress of managing offshore team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

when we launched the project, our team was training and onboarded by Hitesh. Which was amazing, because the product was user friendly and was built as per our requirements.

Hitesh is great, He met all deadlines, and we never had any issues. He communicated through email and phone. We also had regular meetings, where he was transparent. Amazing work overall from Gathering requirements to testing and training. We can't thank him enough.

They completed our project with 100 % following the agile method. we are happy we met them.

Just QA testing their work to confirm the scope was created properly and testing the outcomes. We were able to remove manual tasks as a result.

Yes, delivery was ahead of schedule, we also encountered hiccups on our side, but Hitesh and his team came through in clutch to redo some of the work mistakenly refreshed by my team. They were extremely empathetic to my situation and budget and really came through in the clutch for us as we desperately needed this automation to save in costs. I would hire them again and again for future projects; they were absolutely the best to work with.
