Key deliverables included standardized data collection processes, automated data integration pipelines, and redesigned Power BI dashboards aligned with real business questions. These enhancements enabled clearer market visibility, more effective performance reviews, and improved forecasting discussions across distributor markets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a functional and user-friendly Power BI dashboard that effectively visualizes our key performance indicators, improving data accessibility and decision-making. Over time it is expected that we achieve enhanced data integration across multiple units and projects, increased efficiency in monitoring institutional impact, and improved reporting accuracy.

The project management by Kitameraki was generally well-structured, with clear milestones and deliverables. The team maintained good communication and was responsive to our needs, and came to our office in Bogor for specific meetings when we needed them, which was highly appreciated and useful. Our requirements evolved over time and they could make adjustments as necessary. They rightly so (and gently :) put some pressure on us to provide the needed feedback to them so that we can keep on schedule and so they can deliver on time, as we were sometimes very busy with other tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Strong understanding of our needs and data visualization best practices. Could advise us on best visualization options. They were able to create a dashboard that is both intuitive and insightful. Were flexible enough to adapt to feedback and evolving perspectives. Overall, they were very helpful!

Are there any areas for improvement or something kitameraki could have done differently?

The only thing that comes to mind is the chosen use of MS Teams for communication that was sometimes confusing to us, with scattered messages and updates that made tracking discussions and progress a bit challenging. But Kitameraki always made sure to follow-up through other means when we were late in taking some key decisions.

• Requirement Gathering: Kitameraki collaborated closely with OSF Flavors to understand the organization's specific needs for sample inventory management, identifying key functionalities, workflows, and user roles required for the Power Apps solution.
• Mockup Agreement: An interactive Power Apps mockup was designed to provide a clear visualization of the app’s layout, features, and user interface. Feedback from stakeholders was incorporated to finalize the design before moving to development.
• Data Model Design: A comprehensive data model was created to define the relationships and structure of the key entities, including Sample Receive, Sample Shipment, Inventory, Product and Customer data, ensuring the app's scalability and accuracy.
• Security and Governance Setup: Kitameraki implemented robust security measures to control access to the app and its data. Governance policies were established to ensure proper management and long-term sustainability of the Power Apps environment.
• Data Structure Implementation: Kitameraki performed the technical implementation of the defined data structure, integrating existing data sources and ensuring proper data transformations to align with the app’s requirements.
