the results are very good, we've had nothing but good user feedback about the application, there are very few bugs in the app and the quality of the development is good. actually 15000 users after 4 months.

We needed help with building software from scratch for our customers that are increasing our sales.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to save time for our customers while having a place to order and consult each order progress and we need to build a useful and helpful tool for our clients to place easy an order.

SOLUTION

How did you select KIT GLOBAL LLC?

We found them in Google. We had a quick call via phone during which they sent me a basic concept of the project free of charge. We liked it and decided to move forward with them.

Describe the project in detail.

We came up with the basic concept for the project and KIT GLOBAL designed and developed a mobile application. Each users has their own phone with the software installed, and we have one with the admin panel. We can monitor each process with orders, add new categories, products. We worked together on technical specification and development back-end part (API for mobile app)

What was the team composition?

They assigned few people to the project, I designer, 2 frontend developers, 2 backend developers and QA testers as well, but we only spoke with one person – project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The software works well and saves a lot of time for our managers and clients. They can use their phones to search for information, make orders, process them. It’s time-efficient for everyone.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They divided the project into few sprints. During each sprint, they gave us an explanation of what was going to be done, and we communicated through calls and chat. The time management was great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I can only say, they knew what they were doing and they always came up with clear solutions. We liked how KIT GLOBAL works as well as their reasonable prices.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were happy with KIT GLOBAL work. They told us in the beginning that it was going to be three-to-four month project and it was, but I would have liked it to be faster.
