I’m owner and managing partner of Bluewater Media, a full-service agency in the US.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kingstar Media?

We needed to hire a Canadian media operation that could provide digital support for a client’s project.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to achieve a low cost per order (CPO) and excellent project management.

How did you select this vendor?

We’d seen them at many conventions. Kingstar Media has always had a fabulous reputation and are fun people to work with.

Kingstar was able to seamlessly interact with the client and address their needs. They put together a campaign via direct response television and through other digital media.

We work with Anat (Sr. VP Media, Kingstar Media) and Geoff (Digital Media Director, Kingstar Media).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client is thrilled, and that makes us look great as the referring agency. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow is seamless and done with care and attention to detail. From the top down, Kingstar Media is really well-buttoned up. There may not be a smarter team than Anat and Geoff in all of North America.

Nothing, as long as they don’t try to show us up!
