While they offer training and support, having more comprehensive written instructions would make it easier for new team members to manage the platform independently.

For the Cattle Farmers Network project, Kico Web Design was responsible for the full end-to-end design and development of a modern digital platform aimed at helping cattle farmers connect, access information, and manage their farming activities more efficiently.

We handled the project from planning to deployment, starting with requirements gathering and understanding the unique challenges faced by cattle farmers. Our team designed a clean, user-friendly interface and developed a fully responsive web platform optimized for mobile use, since many farmers rely on smartphones.

While they did provide training and support, having a more comprehensive guide would make onboarding new team members even smoother.

That said, this is a minor point, and it did not affect the overall success of the project. Their professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise far outweighed this small improvement opportunity.
