I use coaching to develop and train leaders; to create high-performance teams, and to empower people to succeed. I have had many roles (in agriculture as a District Agriculturist; as a specialist of pulse crops; into business/industry development with bio-industrials; and finally, with industrial development) and worked my way in a male-dominated industry from the field to headquarters. During that time, there were countless numbers of leadership changes; changes in team roles and expectations; and a variety of ways in which organizations were designed. My coaching expertise focuses on executive coaching, leadership development, group coaching, building effective teams and organizational design.
