To put it simply, Keyss Inc. has a significant task ahead of it. They created my app, which makes managing shared spending easier. They ensured that the program could automatically determine the amount owed by each individual, regardless of whether they are using bespoke rules or an equal distribution.  They were in charge of putting features like group creation and receipt-based spending verification into place, among other things

The scope of work developed a logistics mobile application comprising of predictive analytics, supplier management, and real-time tracking.  The software would allow cooperation between vendors and suppliers, provide real-time tracking of shipments, and predict demand based on AI-driven insights. Incorporating supplier and vendor management to enhance the communication and coordination.

Improved forecast of demand, faster collaboration with suppliers and enhanced visibility of shipment are the outcome of the project. Predictive analytics have enhanced inventory management and due to real time tracking, there is a reduction in transit delays.

Report: Consumer base and pain points and expectations on our site. Develop a new navigation that would lead users to high value areas and establish easy access to our products and services to our users. Deliverables were Wireframes, low-fi design and hi-fi designs.Create a brand template to our content pages and give context and guidelines on how the templates are to be used. Outputs were Wireframes, low-fi design and hi-fi designs.

Develop a new navigation that would take users to high value areas and establish simple access to our products and services to our users. Deliverables = Wireframes, They do not miss any deadline with any deliverables, highly adaptive to feedback and new scope and were open participants and collaborators in any discussions.

KEYSS INC's project management is outstanding. The unique aspect of Keyss Inc is that, their process is efficient but when there is something that is ineffective they do not mind altering the process to suit the need of the clients without compromising the results. David was a good listener who would always respond to our feedback and then give a rapid and practical changes where necessary. It really was as though spouses were moving to the same direction!

These models will be co-integrated with QuickCasa's other platforms to automate lead response and decision-making. To make sure the solutions function, we will provide constant assistance with model training and optimization. The project will involve integrating, testing, and implementing AI applications in a seamless manner. The AI models, integration with current systems, and continuous performance improvement will be the main deliverables.

The project's quantifiable results include increased lead conversion rates, quicker inquiry response times, and a more effective lead qualification procedure. The AI-powered virtual assistant gave leaders a more individualized experience while drastically reducing manual intervention. Proactive retention tactics resulted from predictive models' assistance in anticipating lease renewals. Making better selections was made possible by the market trend predictions. All things considered, the use of AI resulted in improved corporate performance and a more efficient workflow.

The work objectives were separated into three. Keyss Inc designed and installed a logistics management solution that would work in our transportation and storage aspects. This also had the capabilities of tracking shipments, route scheduling, informing customers, and the warehouse management.

Second, they took over the responsibilities of our previous third party; thus, there was no disruption and diversion in switching of all the technical resources. Finally, they also provide high maintenance support in terms of making updates, introducing new features and ensuring that maintenance is efficient and professional.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the main impacts has been the outcomes which, with the new platform we think that we are better engaged with the clients since we can respond faster and at the real time we are seeing what is happening to the shipments. There is also enhanced efficiency in operations in terms of the scheduling and tracking of the jobs that are done in  previous instances. The time wastes hours and can now be done in a matter of minutes. The fact that the switch was done without any interference to our operations on a day to day basis, means not only that I was not inconvenienced by the switch, but also that the continued management of our new vendor means I can have my issues addressed faster and that my processes by which my update are done is typically faster.

The project management of Keyss Inc has been devine They delivered all products as and when time and notified us on the developments of the same. Their personnel have been proactive in address the issues, quick to learn any changes that may occur and at the same time very amicable regarding what we require. Communication and the delivery was kept reliable to an extent that the whole engagement was smooth and effective.
