Our phyto-center offers a wide range of health products, including dietary supplements, functional foods, and a cosmetic line. The thing is, we were working with one brand, informing our customer base about promotions and any additional offers through SMS or Viber messages, and everything was fine. But when we made the decision to introduce products from different manufacturers into our assortment, we needed to redirect our customer base to these new products. Calls seemed to be the best option for this task. However, making calls and providing information to a large customer database, several thousand of our regular consumers, through phone conversations would have taken much time and put a huge burden on our managers. Therefore, we opted for an automated call system through a bot called Keycall and were very pleased how quickly the customer base was informed. Moreover, we had the opportunity to filter our clients based on the responses and questions people asked while interacting with our bot. This allowed us to learn quickly about the preferences and wishes of our customers. It enables us to work more efficiently and effectively with our regular clients. The statistics are very pleasing; we managed quickly to contact over 60% of our customer base, and among them, we immediately identified 20% who wanted to talk to a manager for individual consultations. This allowed our managers to work only with interested clients. Incredibly simple, fast and convenient.
