initial requirements analysis, UI/UX design, backend integration, and deployment to the App Store. Keshav Infotech was responsible for coding the app in Swift, implementing real-time GPS tracking (including anchor drift monitoring), user login via email and social platforms, push notifications, and secure data syncing with a remote server.

A key component of the project was the integration with the Traccar tracking platform, allowing the app to send and manage location data in real time through the Traccar protocol.

Key deliverables included:

 • Complete native iOS app developed in Swift

 • Functional GPS tracking and anchor position monitoring

 • Integration with the Traccar server for location data handling

 • Admin panel/API integration

 • App Store submission and approval

 • Post-release support and maintenance

The most measurable outcome was the successful launch of the app on the App Store without major issues. From a functional perspective, the app performed reliably in real-world tests, including at sea, where GPS tracking and anchor monitoring were stable and accurate.

Additionally, the integration with the Traccar server worked smoothly, enabling real-time location tracking and data synchronization. User feedback was positive, especially regarding ease of use and performance. The project met all the initial goals within the expected timeline and budget.

We have worked closely for a long time now on this project improving and adding new features daily at an affordable rate.
