John is amazing at reducing broad ideas, into focussed, actionable items. We know what our end result should be, but needed a brand savvy team to help reduce all the clutter and focus our efforts and team.

What were your goals for this project?

Initially it was purely to help tie down on our online brand and assets to be as succinct and focussed as possible. John's input quickly grew to more than this and we soon found him as "part of the team".

During our initial call and "interview" with John, it was clear that he's asking the right questions, raised concerns constructively and was clearly interested in our idea. Our other potential vendors had a combination of all, John and team was the first to draw it all together for us, effortlessly.

They pay attention to detail and offer unique insights. Having worked with other vendors, we always wait for the point of disconnect. Where the vendor no longer shows interest in the task, or feels that it's become laborious. We've never experienced this with John. He's always switched on, with a unique perspective.
