We have a different staff member looking after each area to ensure the highest standard of work. We catch up each area multiple times throughout the month via phone and email. We all come together once a month in our office to discuss upcoming changes and campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our SEO traffic and conversions have both increased by 50% on a monthly basis since we started. Google Ads traffic has increased by 197% with conversions increasing by 219% on a monthly basis.

Social is getting the most monthly conversions that it ever has.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good, great sense of urgency and professionalism. In fact, it was their end who consistently followed up on approval and feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to exceed our expectations by getting us a high return on investment consistently.

Nothing as of yet, we are highly satisfied with the services that KDM provide.

We found them through a Google Search, and they responded to our enquiry right away.

They basically reorganised our entire website structure to become efficient with search engine ranking. They also managed our targeted google ads, and it became more efficient in terms of gathering leads and conversions.

What was the team composition?

We work with Crysta and the SEO team on our SEO campaign. Our Google Ads campaign is led by John. We run all communication through Crysta to make the process smooth and she responds quickly to any enquiries.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well, this month is the largest month we’ve had for organic leads through our website. Looking back over the past two years we can see a steady increase in conversions every month. We are also ranking position 1-3 for all of our main keywords with new areas being worked on each month.

The team at KDM is very easy to deal with. You just let them know what you want, and they will figure out the best way to implement it into your marketing channels.

KDM have formulated fresh creative copy for our Social Media advertising. They have also redefined our audience targeting, sharpening our targets to bring more success to our campaigns. In addition to this, KDM are re-writing our Google content for more effective search results.

We've worked closely with the Social and PPC Manager Jon MacFarlane who has been a revelation to our business. Jon's knowledge of Social Media marketing and audience targeting is supreme and his easy-going nature makes business a pleasure.

Encouraging results all round. Increased audience engagement and enrolment numbers. Our visuals have never looked better and our sales team are enjoying fresh leads.
