We've worked with Kcloud since 2013. They manage our Salesforce platform and have developed an app, which allows us to organize our data in a better way. It solves all our previous issues, and I can even send emails automatically to customers.
They have very good Salesforce knowledge. I had been turned down by other companies before contacting them.

We were searching for cloud development companies, specifically Salesforce, in India. We searched and found Kcloud.

Pricing is based on requirements. They never ask for money beforehand. Our needs come first, and whatever estimates they give us prove accurate.
What is the status of this engagement?
We contacted them in 2013 and have been working with them since then. We make new implementations in our Salesforce solution on a monthly or even weekly basis and use Kcloud exclusively.
