KC Staffing Giant was founded in 2017 when Nicole and Danemein Wright decided to take back Kansas City’s workforce offering more pay for employees and less pay for agencies. We believe in helping others achieve their full occupational potential, to add diversity in the workplace as well as assisting the community with eliminating the growing poverty and unemployment rates. Nicole vows to employee each candidate entrusted to her company’s service and to provide them with the skills needed to succeed in today’s market.
KC staffing Giant was named in memory of Nicole's late son, Kyle Crayton Jr., who passed in February 2017. Since his passing, Nicole has dedicated her life to servicing others, to empower and assist each candidate with reaching their ultimate career goals and potential.
