We found Karizma Marketing through the Klaviyo Partner Program. They are the best email and SMS marketing agency we have worked with so far. They are highly experienced with Shopify, Klaviyo, and pretty much all aspects of growing an eCommerce brand. We hired them to improve our sales from email and SMS marketing.
They started with an audit, which by itself improved our revenue instantly. Then they basically rebuilt all our email flows (and added new ones), email campaign templates, audiences, and put together some beautifully animated website popups for our lead generation. Our results under their email management & SMS services were quick and the increase in sales was more than our original goal.

Karizma Marketing set up a 3-month timeline to get us to our revenue goals, and they beat it both in time and in sales. Our email revenue (as a percent of our total revenue) increased from 21% to 38% in less than 2 months, which for our business was close to $40,000 EXTRA that we were not making before we hired them, and that was just in the first two months.
They helped us increase pretty much every metric there is to measure in Klaviyo, including our email list size (because the new website popup was converting better), our click rates, our average order value, our revenue per email, and much more.

Karizma Marketing is one of the most organized email marketing agencies we have ever worked with. They do a lot of communication through Asana and have developed a system that makes it very easy to review and approve designs and emails. We never experienced any hiccups in delivery times and most of the time we couldn't keep up with them. They are very responsive as well whenever you need something, they will get back to you usually within a few hours.

Everyone at Karizma Marketing was so nice. You meet most of your team face-to-face in monthly meetings and get monthly reports on your results and performance. Manjee is excellent at strategizing email campaigns specific to our brand and at going above and beyond with everything we needed, even things we would forget.
They are top-notch and very professional, which has not been our experience with past brands. They truly are eCommerce experts and their strategy and design capabilities are beyond any other agency we have ever worked with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Karizma Marketing could have done differently?
Nothing. They are simply the best agency we have ever worked with and would recommend them to any other eCommerce brand in need of a marketing and growth agency.
